A professional and founder of Xylem Resource Management Pvt. Ltd, Gautam is an alumnus of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over two and half decades of experience in senior management and board positions driving strategy, growth and organizational transformation.

At RXG, Gautam’s primary focus is in developing future strategies for the group, developing collaborations, and creating new market opportunities. He also leads the Retail advisory services and learning-development domains.

Gautam has been instrumental in building the group’s authoritative position and reputation in the field of shopper marketing and retail services. He has pioneered several initiatives towards the creation of shopper marketing knowledge pools in the industry. When not at work, Gautam spends time with his family. He enjoys travelling, music and photography.

Imtiaz leads a talented, results-driven team known for its reputation for providing comprehensive, integrated marketing and strategic communications counsel that drives real business results. His primary focus at RXG is building scale for an organization. Imtiaz is a firm believer in service leadership and has created a support structure for a growing consultant team on staying current with the ever-changing landscape of cloud solutions supporting the complex Q2C demands in today’s recurring revenue economy. Before joining RXG, Imtiaz held senior positions with erstwhile TATA-IBM, Canon Inc & Hewlett Packard.

Imtiaz is an electronics & communication engineer, resides in Bangalore, a competitive runner, nature & fitness enthusiast, Loves singing, and enjoys just about every fitness-based activity.

His artistry lies in visual communication, graphics, experiential design and instore communication. CK works with clients to transform customer/shopper experiences. He is a champion of big ideas and fearless design innovation. CK provides mentorship, creative leadership and constant inspiration to a thriving design team. Few notable projects in Spatial design were the 3M Customer Experience Centres in Bangalore, Dammam, Abu Dhabi, and in various other areas of Retail Brand Identity creation, Visual Merchandising and Packaging design.

When not in the design studio, you will find CK doing DIY papercraft projects, doodling, painting and exploring 2D/ 3D software for better application.

Praveen aims RXG’s technologies to ‘oil’ the customer’s existing business, with the idea of connecting people and not just computers. Praveen is passionate about technology as he believes it’s about building better tools. Tools by definition help us to do work and the work that we are doing is ultimately about people. He obsesses over the newest gadgets because they enhance and enrich life. He often quotes “Scratch the surface of any technology project, and you will find some very human problem being solved in hopefully clever ways.”
